1. Scope of Services:
NeatWeeds Gardening offers a variety of gardening services including but not limited to lawn mowing, hedge trimming, weeding, planting, and garden maintenance. The specific services to be provided will be outlined in the price quote.
2. Pricing and Payment:
Pricing for NeatWeeds Gardening services will be provided to the Customer in a detailed price quote.
All prices are subject to change at the discretion of NeatWeeds Gardening. Payment terms will be specified in the price quote. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
Customers must provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of services. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a cancellation fee.
4. Liability:
NeatWeeds Gardening will perform services with reasonable care and skill, but makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the outcome of the services provided. NeatWeeds Gardening shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising out of or related to the services provided, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
5. Indemnification:
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless NeatWeeds Gardening, its employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to the Customer's use of NeatWeeds Gardening services.
6. Termination:
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party.
Upon termination, Customer shall pay for any services rendered prior to the termination date and/or cost of materials.
7. Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
8. Entire Agreement:
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between NeatWeeds Gardening and the Customer with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
By accepting a price quote or engaging NeatWeeds Gardening services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
